LiteSheet Solutions Builds Organization Ready for Success

New Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Quality Teams Focused on Delivering Leading Customer Service

Chicago, IL May 8, 2018 /PRWEB/ — Leading with its “AC Advantage” and its revolutionary LED lighting technology manufactured in the U.S.A., LiteSheet Solutions announces new sales, marketing, product development and quality teams geared for success at LIGHTFAIR® International 2018.

Virginia-based LiteSheet brought on board lighting industry executive, Wayne Steinhoff to lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Steinhoff has led eight lighting businesses over the past 20 years, including mature, growth, start-up, emerging and global entities, all using a different digital marketing platform that benefited them greatly.

“Wayne is a transformational leader. He has helped organizations succeed with growth, business development, turnaround, restructuring and global expansion,” said Whyte. “His lighting expertise comprises an understanding of the market, technology and customer demands which makes him a perfect fit for LiteSheet’s next growth phase.”

Steinhoff has held various leadership positions with global lighting leader Osram Sylvania including Global Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing for the company’s Precision Materials Division, President of Osram Canada and Vice President and General Manager of three divisions—Display Optic Lighting, Electronic Controls and LED Lighting. Following his career at Osram Sylvania, Steinhoff went on to become President and CEO of Fawoo LED Technology NA, CEO of Alternative Lighting Technologies, Principal of Sankaty Partners and Chief Revenue Officer of Energy Focus before joining LiteSheet Solutions.

Steinhoff reorganized LiteSheet’s sales team which includes three new additions: Harry Nutile, Douglas Lane and Douglas Schmidt.

Based in Michigan, Harry Nutile joined LiteSheet as Vice President of Sales directing the Central region. Nutile brings over 35 years of lighting experience, progressing through the Osram Sylvania sales organization. He most recently managed a nine-state region in the Midwest responsible for over $78 million in sales.

Douglas Lane assumes the role of Vice President of Sales North East region. He brings over 34 years of lighting sales experience working for Espen Technology, Electrical Equipment Company, John A. Becker Supply, Sylvania Lighting International, Osram Sylvania, West-Lite Supply and Capital Tristate. Lane is based in Virginia.

Serving the West region, Douglas Schmidt, Vice President of Sales brings 37 years of lighting experience with growth positions at Osram Sylvania’s Industrial/Commercial division working with electrical distributors and end users. He worked for Soraa as a national account manager developing distribution in the western states for the company’s LED GaN on GaN technology. Schmidt also held positions at Jiawei, and Starco Lighting. Schmidt is Lighting Certified and is based in Colorado.

Nutile, Lane and Schmidt join Ted McVickers and Ken Koos, who head up the Southeast region based in Florida and U.S. Inside Sales and Business Development based in Ohio respectively.

LiteSheet retained lighting marketing expert, Jon Di Gesu to head up Marketing and Communications and re-envision the brand and launch public relations, media, and marketing outreach. Di Gesu brings 40 years of lighting experience, serving from 1987 through 2008 in various marketing, advertising and public relations roles at Siemens, Osram and Osram Sylvania. Not everyone can have an in-house PR team and often outsource their needs. Product Development and Applied Engineering

LiteSheet Solutions also announces two new additions to the company’s Product Development and Applied Engineering organization reporting to Todd Hodrinsky, Chief Technology Innovations Officer. Chad Barnett is Director of Product Development and Applied Engineering and Josh Dwyer is an Electrical Engineer reporting to Chad Barnett.

Barnett brings 20+ years of experience in engineering, product and project management and development and quality engineering and supply chain management. He has worked on projects to improve productivity and streamline work processes. Barnett is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Lean Manufacturing Facilitator.

Josh Dwyer works on electrical R&D and assists with quality documentation, manufacturing support, testing automation development and 3D mechanical design and drafting. Dwyer also has a background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
